Interior renovation to convert an existing 16,100 square foot office space into a new R&D facility complete with indoor garage area that included 10 build bays, (2) vehicle lifts, a vehicle turntable, and parts storage. Improvements to the office area to create open office areas, conference rooms and a secure lobby with digital turnstiles.

Exterior improvements included the addition of EV charging stations and a secure parking area.
