Design of a new 4-story, 110,000 square foot Class ‘A’ building.  ARC TEC also designed the new headquarters office space for The Sobrato Organization on the 4th floor.  The 15,000 square foot buildout features an open plan layout with a war room, town hall / all-hands break room, conference rooms, and outdoor patio meeting spaces.
