Interior renovation to convert an existing 90,200 square foot building into a new R&D facility.  Facility includes multiple vehicle design labs and a large indoor vehicle workshop that can accommodate up to 20 vehicles.  This area includes several car lifts.  Second floor of facility has open office areas, training and break areas, and a large all-hands area.
