Interior renovation to convert an existing 201,500 square foot building into the new North American Headquarters for a Chinese electric car manufacturer.  Facility includes a vehicle showroom and Customer Experience Center as well as multiple vehicle design labs and a large indoor garage with build bays, (6) vehicle lifts, audio labs, environmental labs, test labs, and optical labs.  Additional office, conference, break areas, and training rooms complete the facility.  Future expansion areas on the site will provide vehicle battery charging pods.
