The existing pro shop at the Los Altos Golf and Country Club was small and lacked the amenities of a modern country club. Additionally, due to space constraints on the existing site, the course did not have space for a driving range, which is a significant detriment for a country club.

ARC TEC worked with club members to design a new building to house a pro shop, bag storage room, locker rooms, golf simulators (in place of a driving range), below grade outdoor golf cart storage parking, and a dramatic lounge space with deck overlooking the 1st fairway. The design of the new building was influenced by the Mediterranean architecture of the existing clubhouse, while still creating a statement on the 1st tee
