Design of a 178,000 square foot, 5-story Class ‘A’ warm shell office building with one level of underground parking and an adjacent 8-story parking structure. Building was certified Gold LEED® Core and Shell.  Upon completion, the building was leased to 8×8, ARC TEC also designed the tenant improvements in the building for 8×8.
