Total renovation of an existing partially occupied facility to new lab and office spaces for bio-tech company Caris Life Sciences. The new facility provides 25,000 square feet of new open office, meeting and collaboration space as well as Testing Labs and a Sequencing Lab for molecular profiling of patient tissue samples.
