Master Planning and Design of a 7.9-acre campus with two 6-story, 265,000 square foot Class ‘A’ warm shell R&D/office buildings and a separate 6-level parking structure with three levels of below grade parking along with outdoor amenity space.  ARC TEC also designed shared ground floor amenity tenant improvements in one of the buildings, including a full-service cafeteria, a full-service fitness center and a conference center. Certified Gold LEED® Core and Shell.
