Renovation of a 66,000 square foot,  50+ year old warehouse into a corporate headquarters building.  Renovation included  new office areas, R&D labs, a prototype manufacturing shop, mezzanine collaboration area with slide, a full-service cafeteria, and display areas for ‘one of a kind’ motorcycles and artwork.
