Mixed-use medical office/multi-family residential project located in one of Sunnyvale’s Village Centers. This three-story 40,000 square foot medical office provides a modern updated building to replace the existing medical offices on the site.

A community park separates the medical office area from the multi-family townhomes on the rest of the site.

The medical office anchors the street facing corner of the site with the entry set back to allow for additional landscaping. Parking is pulled off the street and the mixed-use nature of the project allows for the community to share the on-site park.

Additionally, the design includes a roof deck at the third level providing separate amenity spaces for tenants and medical office users.
