Description

Market ready facelift and tenant improvement to a 1980s vintage furniture store on Santa Cruz Avenue in downtown Menlo Park. This project included updates to the ground floor retail, second floor multi-tenant office space, and a roof deck amenity space.

The building façade was completely modernized using glass, wood, and stucco accents. The project included the full tenant improvements for both levels with the ground floor once again housing a retail furniture store with the tenant also occupying a large portion of the roof deck amenity space. The unique dual access from the street and rear public shared parking provided the opportunity for two office tenants at the upper level each with a defined entry.
