Design of a 65,000 square foot warm shell, Class ‘A’ 6-story office building with 4 levels of office space, 1 level of underground parking with vehicle lifts, and 2 levels of above ground parking. Building envelope features an exterior curtain wall system including glazing, brick veneer, plaster and ACM paneling.
