Boutique mixed-use office and multi-family residential urban infill project in downtown San Mateo located on a corner creating a gateway to the core of downtown. Five-story building with 40,000 square feet of office space on floors 1-4 and five residential units on the fifth floor.  The design incorporates traditional elements with modern details.  The gridded windows echo the historic warehouse and manufacturing buildings melding with red brick while the wood accent and glass corner provide a modern counterpoint.
