Market ready facelift and tenant improvement for a 27,200 SF 3-story mixed-use building constructed in 1961. Exterior of building received new floor to ceiling glazing, fiber cement planks, metal panels and wood accents. Upper floors were completely gutted to reveal previously hidden wood and concrete block structure.
