Phase II of a campus project located on a 10.25 acre site. This phase included the 2nd office building of the project; a 6-story, 231,210 square foot, Class ‘A’ warm shell.

Full campus includes 2 multi-story office buildings, a six-level parking structure, amenities area, and 415 residential units. ARC TEC served as the executive architect for the project.
