Redevelopment of an existing 10.25-acre site to include two 5-story, 160,000 square foot Class ‘A’ office buildings, outdoor amenity space, and future parking structure.  Phase I (the first building) has been completed at this time. The building was certified Gold LEED® Core and Shell.
