New campus project located at the intersection of Central Expressway and San Tomas Expressway consisting of two five-story, 242,000 square foot Class ‘A’ office buildings with a two-story connecting amenity building, an eight-story above and below grade parking structure, and a pedestrian bridge over Lawson Lane connecting the new campus with the existing Service Now campus to the east.

The two new buildings feature GFRC and blue tint glazing complementing the existing buildings to create a cohesive campus.  The office buildings frame a large, secured courtyard with the two-story amenity building as a backdrop.  The pedestrian bridge spanning over Lawson Lane connects the existing east campus to the roof deck of the amenity building.  The parking garage fronts San Tomas and is clad with an undulating polycarbonate mesh screen creating visual movement along the expressway.
