Expansion of an existing three-building campus originally developed in the 1990s.

This four-story 220,000 square foot Class ‘A’ office building is the fourth building in the masterplan for a future six-building campus.

The building architecture complements the existing adjacent two-story buildings utilizing GFRC and gray glass while incorporating new details to create a modern statement.

The ‘L’-shaped building defines courtyard spaces shared by the campus.  A clear glass entry framed by a 4½-story polished stone tile pier faces the street clearly identifying the entry.
