New six-story, 195,000 square foot Class ‘A’ office building completing a three-building campus. The design of the new building complements the two existing buildings constructed in 1999. Angled glass facades on the upper floors intersect with five-story GFRC facades that anchor the building to the site. Balconies on the sixth floor provide tenant amenity space with views of the surrounding area. ARC TEC also designed all six floors of tenant improvements for the County of Santa Clara.
