Total renovation and re-imagining of two levels of the former HPE headquarters building as the new global headquarters campus for the leading bio-tech company Guardant. The new facility provides over 231,000 square feet new open collaborative office and meeting space, testing research and development labs, training rooms, a full-service cafeteria, fitness center, and courtyard amenity spaces in support of Guardant’s growing proprietary precision oncology and blood testing technology business.
