Interior renovation of an existing 33,000 square foot warehouse to office and R&D space to house a new ‘Innovation Center’ for this international company.  Facility includes a large ‘Maker Work Room’ for product design and prototype fabrication, open office areas with mobile bench type workstations and band stage, and a large café style break room.  Fixed and mobile living walls accent the space throughout.
