We have enjoyed working with ARC TEC’s program representatives.  Their staff was thorough in their preparation of budget documents and efficient from Plan Check document submittal all the way through the issuance of permits.  They exemplified great team spirit as they coordinated with design-build subcontractors and kept the client’s best interests first and foremost during the field value-engineering phase.
