ARC TEC staff have a special blend of design intuition, construction knowledge and project management experience. This combination of skills helps the team formulate and implement strategies based on a comprehensive understanding of their clients’ needs and the best project delivery process to satisfy those needs.
CRAIG ALMELEH
As the Senior Principal and one of the founders of ARC TEC, Craig is responsible for client maintenance, service, and new business development.
He performs quality assurance on all ARC TEC projects, and ensures that the individual requirements of each project are being effectively addressed. Craig has extensive experience with advanced technology facilities including clean rooms. Craig has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University, is a registered architect, NCARB certified in Oregon, California and Arizona; and has 45 years total experience.
JIM FULTON
As a Principal and Senior Project Manager, Jim serves as the leader of project teams and is responsible for quality, client service, staff utilization, project scheduling, and interfacing with consultants and contractors.
With extensive building code expertise, Jim has particular strengths in working with city building departments. Originally from Chicago and with a Bachelor degree in Environmental Design from Miami University, Jim is a registered architect with 33 years total experience. He joined ARC TEC in 2000.
MARCI IVERSON
As a Principal, Marci is responsible for programming, space planning, and design development at ARC TEC including both tenant improvement and full service project design.
Her exceptional talent has been utilized successfully by corporate clients on projects throughout the United States as well as internationally. Marci has 28 years experience and has been with ARC TEC since 1997. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Montana State University.
DAN KIRBY
As Lead Principal for the San Jose office, Dan is responsible for new business development, and all facets of programming and design.
Dan has more than 37 years of experience in design and construction, focused on commercial, biotechnology, information technology and microelectronics projects. He is a registered architect and member of the American Institute of Architects, International Facility Management Association, and National Trust for Historic Preservation. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from the University of California-Berkeley.
ROB WOOD
As a Principal and Senior Project Manager, Rob serves as the leader on many of Arc Tec’s corporate tenant improvement projects.
Rob has over 30 years of experience in corporate interiors both domestically and internationally. He brings a unique perspective on high-performance technology based work environments and innovative facilities planning. Rob holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of California at Berkeley.
